Privacy Policy

Timmonet values your visit to this site and, therefore, will not compromise your privacy; an inalienable right that is precious to you.

What information does Timmonet collect?

Timmonet does not advertise on this site, save on certain pages for a highly visible and traceable link to the third party server that hosts the counting and tracking service.

Timmonet does not employ invisible gif "bugs", or any other covert methods to collect information, but does place single pixel gif images to allow accurate positioning of the site's elements.

Timmonet does not ask for or otherwise obtain personal information such as name or address. Should Timmonet begin to request such information in the future, we will tell you exactly what data we are collecting, and what Timmonet will do with it.

Timmonet does maintain logs that tell us what parts of the site are visited, but Timmonet does not collect or review the IP addresses of our visitors.

Timmonet may also use cookies. For an explanation, see the section on cookies below.

Timmonet allows you the opportunity to communicate with the Webmaster by email. All communications are regarded as normal emails, and, unless expressly requested not to do so, the Webmaster may as they deem appropriate share non-personal content with others, or offer it for discussion on this site, but no personal information (IP address, telephone No., address, email address etc.) is shared with or sold to others. Unless you request no further contact, the Webmaster may reply to emails received where considered appropriate.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small files that many Web sites transfer to your hard disk. They can inform the Web site what pages you visit, and your preferences, which enable Web sites to provide you with a more personalised service. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, or to warn you before accepting them.

Timmonet uses cookies, but all of this site can be accessed even if your cookies are turned off.

How does Timmonet use your information?

Timmonet uses the information to help us understand more about how our Web site is used, and to improve the site.

When does Timmonet share information?

No information is shared with or sold to others.

Some of our counters and logs are hosted by third parties but Timmonet agrees with those third parties that they will keep all information secure and not use it for other purposes.

A number of other people's Web sites have links on Timmonet. If you use these links to their sites, they may collect information. Such sites are not within our control and are not covered by this privacy statement.

If Timmonet or its Webmaster believes that your use of the site is unlawful or damaging to others, Timmonet reserves the right to disclose the information Timmonet has obtained through the site about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct.

Security

To make the most of the security on our site and the Web in general, Timmonet recommends your using either Netscape Navigator® or Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher, both of which enable SSL. Timmonet also recommends setting your browser's preferences to accept cookies and enable JavaScript.
