This is Edinburgh Corporation 101 YSG 101, a 1961 Leopard PSU3/1R new to Edinburgh as an experimental 3
door body by Alexander's of Falkirk. The rear double doors lead to a wide platform where passengers entered and paid a seated conductor. Exit was by the front or centre doors. It first entered service in
1962, configured for 33 seated and 40 standees, and was used on double deck routes. In 1968 it was converted to a single door airport coach and ran in black & white livery until 1975 when it was
painted in the madder/white livery and was finally withdrawn in 1988. It was Edinburgh's longest serving bus .
